Payments are handled by third-party payment gateways, and their own terms also apply. Please make sure your payment and contact details are correct. You will get access to a paid programme as described in the joining instructions for that programme.
7. Cancellations, refunds and rescheduling
Refunds, cancellations and rescheduling for a paid programme follow the refund terms shown for that programme before you pay, and our Refund Policy. Please read these before you pay.

10. Health and wellness disclaimer
Our programmes may include meditation, breathing practices, yoga, visualisation, affirmations, emotional awareness and manifestation techniques. They are for education, personal growth and general wellbeing.
They are not medical consultations and do not replace medical diagnosis, treatment or advice from your own doctor or therapist. Taking part does not create a doctor–patient relationship. Please do not stop or change any medicine or treatment without asking your doctor. If you are pregnant, have a health condition or are under treatment, please check with your doctor before doing any physical or breathing practice, and practise gently within your own limits.
Please also read our Medical & Wellness Disclaimer.
11. No guaranteed results
We encourage you to take part sincerely, but we cannot promise any particular emotional, financial, relationship, career, spiritual or health result. Everyone’s experience is different.
Manifestation and personal-development practices are not a guarantee that a particular event, amount of money, relationship or life situation will happen. Your decisions, actions and their results remain your own responsibility.
12. Other websites and services
Our website and programmes use or link to other services, such as WhatsApp, Zoom, YouTube, social media and payment gateways. They have their own terms and privacy policies. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, availability or practices, except where the law says we are.
13. Changes to the website and programmes
We try to keep the website working and correct, but we cannot promise it will always be available without interruption. We may update content, change programme material, or pause the website for maintenance or security.
If an important change affects a paid programme you have joined, we will inform you where reasonably possible and follow our legal obligations.
14. Limits on our responsibility
As far as the law allows, we are not responsible for indirect losses that come from using the website, or from not being able to use it.
Nothing in these terms limits our responsibility for fraud, deliberate wrongdoing, or anything the law does not allow us to limit. Nothing in these terms affects your rights as a consumer.
15. Your responsibility
As far as the law allows, you are responsible for losses or claims that come directly from your unlawful use of the website, deliberate misuse of our material, or a serious breach of these terms. This does not apply where the claim is caused by our own unlawful conduct.
16. Suspending or ending access
We may suspend or remove your access to the website, a programme or a WhatsApp group if there is a serious breach of these terms, unlawful activity, a security risk, or behaviour that seriously disturbs other participants. Where suitable, we will tell you first and give you a chance to put it right.
Any effect on paid access or refunds will be handled under the programme’s terms, the Refund Policy and the law.
17. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store and share your personal information. Please read it before you register or share your details.
18. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms when our services, website or the law change. The new version will be posted on this page with a new “Last updated” date. Changes apply from that date onwards, and do not take away rights you already have.
19. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of India. If you have a concern or complaint, please contact us first so we can try to resolve it fairly. This does not stop you from going to a consumer forum, court or other authority where the law allows.
